EAP and its partners have extensive experience in investment sourcing and due diligence in the U.S., including the U.S. EB-5 immigrant investor program. Collectively, we have helped place and manage investment portfolios, including EB-5 investments, in excess of $700 million. EAP customizes investment portfolios based on an individual's risk and return requirements.
Our equity investment opportunities range from residential development, hotels, student housing, and assisted living facilities that typically generate expected annual returns of 15%-25%*.
We also lend money to real estate developers in both first and second mortgage positions which generate returns ranging from 8% to 12%*. These loans are typically just 1 to 2 year maturities and are extremely safe as we have a recorded lien on the property with the developer's equity subordinate to our loan. Moreover, for beginning investors, these loans can be relatively small, in amounts of US$25,000 to US$100,000 to allow investors to better understand our transparency and due diligence process before committing to larger amounts.
