Dave is a CPA and is responsible for all aspects of Enterline and Partner’s investment due diligence, including identifying/sourcing potential investments, financial structuring, risk analysis, reviewing EB-5 offering documents and industry research. He has extensive contacts in various industries across the US, mainly in the real estate industry.
Dave has over 28 years’ experience in audit and financial reporting, due diligence, investment management and portfolio construction. Dave spent the first seven years of his career at Ernst and Young in the USA as an auditor specializing in financial services companies before moving into various financial reporting roles, including working on 2 golf course development buyouts totaling $40 million. Since 2001, Dave has worked in Tokyo, Taipei, Hong Kong and the USA for family offices and Hedge Fund of Funds where he has managed Alternative Investment portfolios in excess of $200 million.
He currently works with an Asian based investment firm where he is in charge of identifying and managing its U.S. real estate, private equity and other US related investments. His firm’s current U.S. Real Estate portfolio consists of developing approximately $150 million of residential real estate in Los Angeles, along with another $28 million development of residential lots in Florida. Prior to these developments, his firm purchased and sold approximately $50 million of foreclosures in Los Angeles. In addition to Real Estate Development, Dave has participated in a Real Estate lending portfolio of approximate $20 million. Dave graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. Degree in Accounting and obtained his CPA designation in the United States.
He has reviewed in excess of 100 EB-5 projects in cooperation with David Enterline of Enterline and Partners and WTW – Taipei Commercial Law Firm.
