EB-3 Visa Due Diligence Package of Services
The EB-3 immigrant visa allows for a foreign citizen to immigrate to the United States based on employment. The Enterline EB-3 Due Diligence process includes:
- Review and analysis of marketing information provided to the potential applicant.
- Evaluation of legal information provided to the potential applicant.
- Comprehensive due diligence on the company hiring the employee(s).
- Provision of a legal opinion on the EB-3 EW category, qualification criteria, and applicant eligibility.
- Identification and communication of any potential legal issues that may affect EB-3 applicants.

Representation includes, but is not limited to:
- Step-by-step explanation of the immigration application and process.
- Preparation and filing of the I-140 form with visa applicant information (including education, work experience, qualifications, licenses, certifications, and past employment).
- Preparation and filing of ETA Form 9089 (Application for Permanent Employment Certification) if needed
