The American Citizen Services (“ACS”) at the U.S. Embassy in Manila will resume limited in-person passport service operations on September 1st by appointment only. Other routine ACS operations such as notarial services, affidavits in lieu of legal capacity to marry and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad will remain suspended.
Prior to making an appointment, applicants are encouraged to visit the Embassy’s US Citizen Services website to review passport requirements. Applicants who are eligible to renew their passports by mail are strongly encouraged to do so.
To comply with social distancing guidelines, the ACS Unit is working with limited staff and will be strictly controlling the number of people in the waiting room at any given time.
For more information, contact ACS at acsinfomanila@state.gov or info@enterlinepartners.com and speak with a U.S. immigration attorney in Manila.
