Ryan Barshop and David Enterline of Enterline and Partners recently spoke at the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”), Bangkok District Chapter (“BDC”), “8th Annual Consular Processing Conference” in Taipei, Taiwan. AILA is an international organization of more than 15,000 attorneys and law professors who practice and teach immigration law.
Ryan spoke on the panel “APAC Consular Tips from the “Boots on the Ground” (Part I)”, A practical discussion by in-country attorneys giving invaluable advice on the trends, tips and unique processes when dealing with consulates in Japan, Philippines, Thailand, India and Vietnam.
David served as the Discussion Leader of the “EB-5 Panel” and also spoke on the panel “Visa Processing at American Institute in Taiwan” which focuses on advice on the trends, tips and unique processes when dealing with visa matters at the American Institute in Taiwan (“AIT”). The EB-5 Panel included the AIT Immigrant Visa Section Manager, Mr. Nolan Masterson and Ms. Elizabeth Evans shared information with attendees on the Visa Processing at AIT panel.
David and Ryan are frequent speakers at AILA regional conferences having presented at past conferences in Manila, Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok Chennai, and Hong Kong as well as AILA National Conferences in the United States.
