Announcement: Limited American Citizen Services in Vietnam Resume on June 1st

The United States Mission to Vietnam which includes the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi and the Consulate General Ho Chi Minh City has announced the resumption of limited American Citizen Services (“ACS”) beginning on June 1st. Interested U.S. citizens who are seeking ACS assistance including Consular Reports of Birth Abroad, U.S. passports issuance and notarial services are encouraged to contact ACS online at American Citizen Services Inquiry Form.

American citizens residing in Vietnam may receive updated COVID-19 information at COVID-19 Information.

Routine consular services including immigrant and non-immigrant visa appointments remain suspended in Vietnam. Applicants are welcome to contact us at info@enterlinepartners.com and speak with a U.S. immigration lawyer in Ho Chi Minh City today if you have any questions.

The U.S. EB-5 Immigrant Investor Regional Center Program: History, Temporary Status, and Expiration Timeline

The EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (“RIA”) reauthorized and reformed the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, a U.S. immigration program that offers foreign nationals a pathway to U.S. permanent residency through investment in American businesses that create jobs.
