Enterline and Partners Consulting Celebrates American Independence Day at the American Chamber of Commerce Picnic

Enterline and Partners Consulting recently took part in a vibrant celebration of the July 4th American Independence Day  as a proud sponsor of the annual picnic organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The event, held on June 29th, brought together a diverse community to commemorate the spirit of American freedom and culture.

Managing Partner David Enterline, a prominent figure in the business and expatriate community in Vietnam, was in attendance along with twelve invited friends and business partners. Their participation underscored the firm’s commitment to fostering cultural exchange and strengthening ties within the international business community.

The picnic was a lively affair, filled with quintessential American elements that resonated with attendees from all backgrounds. Guests were treated to a feast of American food and beverages, ensuring a taste of home for expatriates and introducing Vietnamese attendees to traditional American culinary delights. The atmosphere was further enhanced by live music, adding to the festive mood of the occasion.

A highlight of the event was the presence of a U.S. Marine honor guard presenting the American flag and the singing of the national anthem.

No American Independence Day celebration would be complete without the iconic figure of Uncle Sam and the event did not disappoint. The presence of Uncle Sam added a touch of whimsy and patriotism, delighting both young and old attendees alike.

Of course, a birthday celebration is complete without a cake, and a specially designed one adorned the event, featuring patriotic themes and symbols of American heritage.

Mr. Enterline expressed his gratitude for opportunity to sponsor such a meaningful event and emphasized the importance of cultural exchange and community engagement while also       fostering mutual understanding and cooperation. “Events like these not only celebrate American traditions but also promote cross-cultural awareness and friendship,” Mr. Enterline remarked. “It’s a pleasure to be part of an event that brings together people from different backgrounds in the spirit of unity and celebration.”

Mr. Enterline were praised  all the staff at American Chamber of Commerce in Ho Chi Minh City for organizing and hosting such a terrific event!  “We look forward to joining year after year”.

Enterline and Partners Consulting’s involvement in the American Independence Day picnic highlights their ongoing commitment to supporting cultural events and initiatives that strengthen ties between nations. As an active member of the business community in Vietnam, the firm continues to play a vital role in promoting economic and cultural exchange between the United States and Vietnam.

DOS Will Now Require Immigrant Visa Applicants to Interview in Place of Residence or Country of Nationality

The United States Department of State (“DOS”) is now requiring immigrant visa applicants to apply for immigrant visas in the consular district designated for their place of residence or in their country of nationality. Effective immediately, if an immigrant visa applicant would like to transfer his or her pending immigrant visa case to a new consular district after the National Visa Center (“NVC”) has scheduled an interview appointment, the applicant should contact the NVC directly through the public inquiry form and not the Embassy or Consulate. In addition, if an immigrant visa applicant requests to be interviewed at an Embassy or Consulate outside their country of nationality, the NVC may request additional information to confirm that the location is the applicant’s place of residence or to confirm if an exception may be warranted. The DOS may make rare exceptions for humanitarian, medical emergencies, or other foreign policy considerations. For more
